The event was held in an online format with the participation of the Mayor of Grozny Khas-Magomed Magomedovich Kadyrov and the Mayor of Argun Iles Akhmedovich Masayev.

Within the framework of the event, representatives of the finalist consortia under the leadership of "Artemy Lebedev Studio" (Moscow, Russia), "City of Generations" (Moscow, Russia) and LLC "MASTER'WITH PLAN" (Moscow, Russia) showed preliminary results of the work done, shared their ideas and their own vision of the future master plan of the city.

The experts discussed the submitted materials in detail, asked their questions, and also gave recommendations on finalizing the projects.
