The winner was a Consortium led by "MASTER'S PLAN" LLC.  Until December 11, the Consortium will finalize the master plan taking into account the comments received from the members of the Jury and the Expert Council.

To finalize the master plan, an interdepartmental working group has been created at the Mayor's Office of Grozny, which includes representatives of various stakeholders, local authorities and experts in the field of urban planning, architecture, ecology, economics, transport and other industries. 

The participation of a wide range of specialists will allow taking into account the peculiarities of the city to create a balanced development plan for the territory.

Further implementation of the master plan will be ensured by creating a management model that includes several levels and coordination bodies and ensuring interdepartmental interaction, which will allow achieving the planned goals.
