On October 5, 2023, the results of the Competition were announced at the Residence of the Head of the Chechen Republic.

According to the results of voting by the Expert Council and the Jury, the Consortium led by MASTER'S PLAN LLC (Moscow, Russia) was declared the winner of the Competition.

The second place was taken by the Consortium led by Art. Lebedev Studio (Moscow, Russia).

Third place went to the Consortium "City of Generations" (Moscow, Russia).
