On October 3rd, 2023 a meeting of the Expert Council was held in Grozny to select the winner of the competition. The meeting was chaired by Musa Mayrsoltaevich Tutuev, the Deputy Mayor of Grozny. During the meeting, the Finalists presented and defended the competition proposals. In conclusion, the Expert Council summed up the results in a closed format.

The experts carefully examined the proposals of the finalists and paid attention to aspects such as innovation, sustainability, social significance, and architectural integrity. These are important criteria that will help choose a master plan for Grozny that corresponds to its status as a significant socio-economic center of the North Caucasus.

The Jury meeting to select the winner will take place on October 4th at the Conference Hall of the Chechen State Pedagogical University.
