On October 4, 2023, a Jury meeting was held in Grozny to select the Competition Winner.

The meeting was chaired by Khas-Magomed Shakhmomedovich Kadyrov, the Mayor of Grozny. During the meeting, the finalists presented their competition proposals and defended them. The conclusion of the meeting involved summarizing the results and filling out the ballots by the Jury members. The Jury commended the high level of the finalists' competition works, appreciating their creative presentation and professional execution.

The announcement of the competition results will take place on October 5 at the Residence of the Head of the Chechen Republic.
